Description: 
Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is measured in serum as part of the CY20 panel of cytokines. CY20 is composed of the following analytes: IL-2ra, IL-10, IL-17 and IFN-γ.
Clinical details: 
The CY20 cytokine panel is used in various clinical scenarios including aiding identification and treatment of hyper-inflammation syndrome (cytokine storm) and diagnosis and monitoring of sarcoidosis.
