Synnovis places quality at the heart of all that we do, and our commitment to quality means we continually improve our services by listening to our patients, customers and colleagues and taking positive action as a result of each interaction.

What quality means to us

Synnovis is a clinically led, customer focused and scientifically driven full-service pathology provider of accurate, timely and clinically useful prognostic, diagnostic and screening results, blood and blood products. Clinical advice is provided by NHS Consultants, to the NHS and private sector locally, nationally and internationally.

Synnovis has a well established approach to Quality Management, which is clinically led by the Medical Director, supported by Strategic Clinical Leads and the Quality team. Placing quality at the centre of all everything we do is key for continuous improvement and providing a safe service for patients.
