B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (B-CLL)
Description:
Interphase fluorescence in situ hybridisation for: TP53(17p13.1) deletion; ATM (11q22.3) deletion;
DLEU(13q14)/LAMP(13q34) to detect del(13q); CEP12 to detect trisomy 12
DLEU(13q14)/LAMP(13q34) to detect del(13q); CEP12 to detect trisomy 12
Clinical details:
Cytogenetic abnormalities detected by interphase FISH analysis are well-established prognostic markers in patients with a known diagnosis of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (B-CLL).
