Dr Kayleigh DavisPhD
Kayleigh joined the Toxicology Unit as Operational Lead in 2018 having initially trained as a Clinical Scientist in Biochemistry at Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Following completion of her training Kayleigh achieved a PhD from Imperial College London in metabolic and epigenetic biomarkers of epithelial ovarian cancer. Subsequently Kayleigh worked as a Senior Clinical Scientist at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust specialising in monitoring of immunosuppressant drug levels by tandem mass spectrometry for patients following heart and lung transplantation.
Kayleigh has a specialist interest in the use of mass spectrometry for therapeutic drug monitoring and drugs of abuse testing.
