Direct detection of F5 c.1001G>C; Arg306Thr (p.Arg334Thr) polymorphism associated with APCr
Clinical details: 
FV Arg306 is another activated protein C (APC) cleavage site and the Factor V Cambridge polymorphism (Arg306Thr) results in activated protein C resistance. Factor V Cambridge is uncommon but should be considered where there is APCr but negative for FVL. An association with thrombophilia is not yet well established.
