Michelle Greaves

Michelle joined Viapath as an MLA within our Central Specimen Reception team at St Thomas’ Hospital, before being appointed Customer Service Administrator.

As the Central Specimen Reception (CSR) department continued to develop and grow, Michelle was promoted to CSR Administration Team leader. She successfully undertook this new role for nearly two years, before being promoted again to Special Processing Unit and Administration Team Manager.

Michelle has supported and implemented many improvements at St Thomas’ and counts the move from faxing results to encrypted online reporting as one of the biggest successes and individual achievements of her career with Viapath.
