Julie Jordan
I started my pathology career training as a biochemist at Farnborough Hospital which was on the site where the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) is now.
After 13 years full time employment with the NHS I then worked in Pathology in the private sector at a private hospital and with a small independent allergy testing company of a period of about 10 years. During this time I continued to maintain close links with the PRUH by working regular part-time, out of hours shifts and returned full time to the PRUH in 2009 where I have worked in various Quality roles.
I am the PRUH Quality Manager and I have a multi-faceted role supporting the laboratories on site to uphold quality standards & regulations and being a key link for our customers and clinicians including GP’s.
I was a member of the team when the services of the Princess Royal University Hospital were transferred to Viapath LLP on the 1st July, 2016.
