Results Online move to CyberLab
A key element of the planned transformation of pathology services in southeast London will be the introduction of the market-leading Beaker Laboratory Information Management System (Beaker LIMS), which will go live on 5 October 2023. This will replace many of our existing LIMS, which provides an ideal opportunity to move Results Online users to the new CyberLab platform from this date.
CyberLab is a premium service with a number of advantages over Results Online. For example, CyberLab does not require a physical access fob, and offers an improved user-friendly platform. It is also an up-to-date, fully supported system, with planned upgrades for continuous improvements. Any active ROL user in the last 12 months will be provided with a CyberLab account, although to ease the transition, Results Online will continue to be available for 120 days from 5 October.
We understand you may have queries or questions in regards to this transfer over to CyberLab and how it will work. These are addressed in our FAQs below. If you have any further questions that haven't been addressed, please use your usual ticket raising method to contact us.
For queries and questions about CyberLab please email cyberlab@synnovis.co.uk

Any leavers should either be removed by trust system admins, or raised to Synnovis for removal. There is a two step login process which requires an active email address, so providing these have been disabled/deactivated, any leavers will not have access.
