Laboratory Overview
The Diabetic Clinic laboratory at Guy's provides a real-time analytical service for HbA1c, glucose, creatinine, cholesterol and urine albumin:creatinine ratio (ACR). We provide a near-patient testing service for the Department of Diabetes and Endocrinology, Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital.
Blood sciences is a UKAS accredited medical laboratory (No.8710), accredited to ISO15189:2012 for the tests listed in the schedule of accreditation on the UKAS website (http://www.ukas.com/browse-accredited-organisations/?org_type=7).
